Team (Bulk) Order FAQ
How long does it take for me to receive a bulk order of apparel or products?
Typically our turnaround time is between 3-4 weeks for any custom product. However, we can complete orders in as quick as 1 week using our HyperSpeed program or by expediting shipping for a $50 fee. It is also important to keep in mind that most sublimated or custom cut and sew jerseys can take from 6-8 weeks. We always recommend ordering early or contact us to get a better time frame.
What is the typical ordering process?
First, you will need to either contact a sales representative or fill out the request a quote form located here. Once we help you find the right product and decoration for you, we will send a detailed quote through our industry leading quoting system via e mail. The e mail will show you pricing and how your design will look on your products. You can then reply to us with any changes you would like; however, if everything is correct you can approve the quote and pay right in the quote.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. If you click on the hyperlink in the e mail we sent the quote on, you can always see the status of your order. The statuses will tell you if it’s waiting for a purchase order, waiting for production or waiting for shipment/pick up.
Can I change my order after it’s approved?
No. After your order is approved, it is a legal contract to buy the product as seen in the quote. However, very rarely some changes can be made. Any change after the approval may be subject to an extra fee.
Do I get a cheaper price for bigger volumes?
Yes. With the decorated apparel industry there are always discounts available, the bigger the purchase the cheaper the unit cost. That is why we always recommend buying extra of an original order; that way, you won’t pay more per unit on a "refill" order.
How do I receive my order?
Live in Lethbridge or near by? Orders can be picked up at Players Bench Team Apparel. However, customers outside of Lethbridge or those that prefer, we can ship your order to you business or home address. Shipping notifications and tracking numbers are emailed as soon as an order ships!
