I am truly responsible for my actions and outcomes that take place at work and in life. I am accountable to any results and realise I am the first one that needs to change.

I always speak truth and what I promise is what I will deliver. Promises I make are promises I intend to keep. Any agreement that must be broken are communicated at the earliest possible time and will be solved immediately.

I will deliver better than good. I will only deliver the highest quality product and service to all customers. I will always strive to do less with more and create exceptional experience. I strive for continuous improvement and innovation. 

Communication

l speak positively of other co workers and customers. I empower and encourage all team members. I greet and say goodbye to people using their names. I always apologize first and look for a solution.

100% of my focus and energy and attention on a successful outcome, no matter the task. I will always strive for a Win:Win at all times. 

Education

I am an educator of our brand and our suppliers. I allow my customers to make their own intelligent decisions but provide usable and practical information to make their decision. 

Teamwork

I am a team leader and a team player. I do whatever it takes to achieve common tasks. I work with others to achieve a resolution and not a compromise. I ask for help when I need it and act compassionate when help is asked of me. 

Systems

I always look to the system for a solution. I always use system correction before I look for a people correction. I follow the system exactly until a new system is introduced. I sugest system improvement at my first opportunity.

I am consistent in my actions to my clients and coworkers.

I am a grateful person. I say please and thank you and show appreciation. I celebrate my wins and the wins of my customers.
