Our Mission
Players Bench Team Apparel is a team of innovative, positive and successful people who are always striving for a preferred and efficient solution for branded products. We ensure that every team or business is positively impacted by the product we provide and help them advance their team toward success.
Why are we in business?
We and our customers are tired of poor quality and design in athletic and corporate apparel. We want to develop new and innovative decorating techniques to provide better design, and performance to the athletic and corporate market; as well as develop innovative distribution to the customer via teamsites . We want to provide unity and comradery within teams and communities, this empowers athletes and supports the community.
What image do we want to display to our customers?
We strive to be a high end apparel decorator. We are experts in our field and should be thought of as a service provider, not a supplier. Our expertise will guide our customers to the best solution to all their custom product needs.
What image do we want to display to our suppliers?
We want our suppliers and contractors to want to do business with us, to be the easy and preferred dealer. Through relations and order management we will be the most organized and efficient company.
What is the nature of our products and service?
Many of our services are highly competitive and price driven. However, we aim to support a fair pricing strategy that is both fair to the customer and ourselves. We understand that we will never be the cheapest provider - but always competitive. Our customers will understand and realise that our service and turnaround times will provide added value that far exceeds any price discrepancy.
What level of service will we provide?
Our service is to be industry leading. Although, we do not determine many of our turnaround times, we can take steps to ensure the quickest and error free product. We strive to engage the community to by participating in in events and fundraisers. We provide honesty in quoting and turnaround times. Beyond order placing, we provide guidance and helpful advice that will ultimately benefit our customer.
What roles do sales and marketing employees play?
Sales and marketing are challenged to engage with customers - To listen and understand their needs and fulfill them. We are positive and helpful in nature, but also honest and detail oriented.
What roles do back of house employees play?
“It’s what we do in the dark, that puts us in the light.” Our fulfillment team is organized and detail orientated. If we do our job right, the customer will not notice our back end. However, we work efficiently and seamlessly as if the world was watching. This will engage, motivate and inspire our fulfillment team to strive for perfection.
How do we differ from our competition?
Companies in Lethbridge are small, mom and pop type businesses. This is reflected in their venue, attitude, and service. We are a high end, professional alternative that strives to reach bigger and better results.
How will we use technology and innovation in our processes?
We use cutting edge software to store, organize and monitor our orders from quotes throughout payables. This system is key in displaying real time and accurate information. We will continue to invest in the latest production equipment to promote higher quality and more efficiency. The investment will continue into our staff as we know technology is only as good as our team, our people must be the best in the industry.
